Taipei, the vibrant capital of Taiwan, has a unique blend of modern and traditional elements that define this captivating city. During your stay, you will visit cultural sites such as Chiang Kai Shek Memorial, Bopiliao Historical Park, Long Shan Temple and Taipei 101. You will also get to try your hand at Chinese calligraphy. No trip to Taiwan is complete without visits to the vibrant night markets, so we will introduce you to the best street eats at two of the locals’ favorite night markets in Taipei.&nbsp;

Northern Taiwan: Taipei

Day 1 - Day 4

After 4 days in the bustling city of Taipei, we will head to the mountains. Sun Moon Lake is Taiwan's largest freshwater lake, located at an elevation of 2,454 ft (748m) above sea level. It is one of Taiwan’s most scenic areas surrounded by Ci’en Pagoda and several famous temples. Alishan is famous for its towering mountains, pristine forests, indigenous Tsou culture and tea plantations. You’ll visit a tea farm here and learn more about how teas are cultivated.&nbsp;

Day 5 - Day 6

Southern Taiwan is a juxtaposition of the old and the new. During our stay here, we will not only visit many of the historical sites, including Anping Fort, Chikan Tower, and the Confucius Temple, we will also visit some of the oldest and the locals’ favorite places. This includes restaurants and night markets, as well as the birthplace of boba tea. Not to be missed is the one of the largest Buddhist statues in the world at Fo Guang Shan Buddha Memorial Center, followed by a relaxing visit to Kenting National Park.&nbsp;

Day 7 - Day 10

Finally, we will end our trip in Taoyuan, and to get here we will take the Taiwan High Speed Rail traveling at a top speed of 220mph (350km/h). Taoyuan is the 4th largest metropolitan area with the fastest population growth in recent decades of any city in Taiwan. The cultural diversity here is paralleled only by an equal abundance of natural attractions, earning the county the nicknames of the "flower kingdom" and "land of a thousand ponds." While here, we will visit some historical sites, including the likes of Daxi Old Street area.&nbsp;

On the final day, experience the lively Boeng Keng Kang Market, discover the city's street art, and unwind in the serene countryside with a visit to Silk Island, where you'll witness traditional silk weaving.

Enjoy the scenic journey on a one-way river boat cruise from Phnom Penh to Siemp Reap on Mekong River. En route, you'll get to see and experience how Cambodians live along this important river. You'll also glide by Tonle Sap Lake before ending your journey in Siem Reap.

Embark on a journey through Cambodia’s ancient wonders with four days of cultural exploration. Begin by traveling to the historic Phnom Kulen mountain, the birthplace of the Khmer Empire, where you’ll visit a 16th-century monastery and the River of 1000 Lingas, adorned with sacred carvings. Next, venture to lesser-known but fascinating temples like Boeng Mealea, Banteay Srei, and Banteay Samre, each offering a unique glimpse into the region’s architectural heritage. Experience authentic Khmer culture in a traditional village near Angkor Thom, the awe-inspiring temples of Ta Prohm and the iconic Angkor Wat. Conclude your adventure with a breathtaking sunrise at Angkor Wat, a truly unforgettable sight.

On the last part of your journey, experience the spiritual and cultural richness of Luang Prabang. Begin with an early morning alms-giving ceremony, followed by visits to key cultural sites such as Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Sensoukharam, and the Royal Palace Museum, before trekking up Mount Phousi for stunning views of the city.&nbsp; The next day, enjoy a scenic boat ride along the Mekong River to explore Ban Xang Hai village and the sacred Pak Ou Caves, followed by a relaxing afternoon at the picturesque Kuang Si Falls. Conclude your adventure with a hands-on Laotian cooking class, where you'll prepare traditional dishes, and savor your creations before joining fellow travelers for a memorable farewell dinner.

Immerse yourself in Puebla’s culinary traditions with a hands-on cooking class at a local chef’s home, where you'll prepare and savor dishes like pre-Hispanic tamales and the famous mole poblano, before returning to Puebla.

Immerse yourself in the charm of Taxco de Alarcón, "The Silver Capital of Mexico". Begin with a scenic journey to this picturesque mountain town, where you'll have free time to explore its cobblestone streets, admire Spanish colonial architecture, or delve into the artistry of silver jewelry at local craft markets.&nbsp; Take a guided tour of Mina de Taxco, a pre-Hispanic silver mine, to witness silver and gold in their natural state and learn about Mexico’s ancient mining traditions.
