What a wonderful trip to Isabela island! Grupo Galapagos provided great information pre tour about what to expect, including meet up time and provided wet suits for us. We saw so much wildlife on the tour - penguins, sea lions, flamingoes, blue footed boobies, and more. Our local guide Roger conducted a great tour and was very knowledgeable. A great lunch is also included. Highly recommend if you want to see lots of animals, snorkel, hike, and visit a tortoise breeding center!

An absolute must do! We had such an amazing time. The boat ride there and back was bumpy, but it’s definitely worth the Dramamine. We hiked to the top of the volcano and took in the stunning island views, then got to snorkel with the sea lions. The food included was delicious, and the team were wonderful. Recommended to my friends visiting the island!

A very disappointing experience with this tour operator. Despite booking and paying for three excursions a month in advance, they cancelled the most important activity of our stay on Isabela Island—the Los Túneles tour—with only 48 hours’ notice. They refunded our money and claimed they could not rebook us because there were no places available. However, we managed to book the same excursion ourselves through another operator, proving that the information they gave us was not accurate. Furthermore, this last-minute change forced us to miss another activity we had already scheduled: the volcano trekking tour. As a result of their poor management, we lost both time and money, as well as an important part of our experience on the islands. A reliable tour operator should not simply cancel an excursion booked so far in advance; it should actively seek an alternative solution for its customers. In our case, they did not. Overall, this was a very negative experience. We do not recommend this tour operator and will not recommend it to our family, friends, or other travellers from Spain, as they did not prove to be a reliable company.

El vuelo muy bien salió con antelación así que mejor, el piloto top y el servicio muy bueno. No me gustó que no se pudiera pagar con tarjeta el exceso de equipaje y que no me dieran recibo me generó desconfianza el resto muy bien
