Booked the 180 trip far in advance. The day before the planned teip I got an e-mail saying it’s cancelled due to problems with the boat. However, when I stopped by the office to discuss the alternatives, I got told that the trip was cancelled because I was the only one that had booked it. That happens, that’s okay, but there’s no need to lie to me about it.

We liked our guide and the experience overall. However, we paid for 2 hours kayaking and we did 1 hour kayaking and 1 hour snorkelling at the same place we’d been the day before. I’d have preferred 2 hours snorkelling as the trip was described.

April 2024 - I have ordered all needed trips in Galapagos via this page https://www.daytripsgalapagos.com/ ... I didn´t want to wait to last minute prices I wanted to know, that all trips where we want go are available. Communication was perfect, we are solved everything before payment, we had long communication and they answered all my questions. In Santa Cruz we ordered "Las Grietas Tour" and "Bartolome provided by Grupo Galapagos, in Isabela "Kayak tour Tintoreras" and "Los Tuneles Cabo Rosa" and in San Cristobal "360 trip" provided by Galapagos Xcursion tour agency - before each tour we have obtained message via WhatsApp about meeting point, time, prefered lunch and so on. Everything was according to confirmed trips. Super! Many thanks for it. We had amazing and unforgettable time in Galapagos.
