Unwrapping the magic of Oaxaca! From exploring historic colonial streets and vibrant markets like to savoring incredible moles, street food, and artisanal mezcal, this trip was an unforgettable dive into Mexico’s food capital. Even us non-foodies had a delightful time. Thanks for an amazing trip

This was our second trip with Timeless Journeys. Deb and Miguel do such an excellent job of planning out and executing a trip that includes things that many tours probably don't include or put the thoughtfulness in doing unique adventures. This trip was no different, from seeing awesome archeological sites, making our own meal with a chef, touring the markets, eating wonderful food, and drinking the local drinks. The amount of time for each event never felt rushed so as just to get to the next event. I highly recommend Timeless Journeys for any travel inside of Mexico, and elsewhere that they might be going. We thoroughly enjoyed the Gray Whale trip...Loreto is a neat little seaside town, with unique restaurants and cool shopping. One of the trip highlights was watching Humpbacks in the Sea of Cortez, including several repeated "tail slaps" and breaches. The San Ignacio stays were refreshingly simple, and, steeped in tradition and respect for nature and the environment. We settled into the primitive "whale camp" and it was a treat to "unplug". Food, drinks and staff were great. We did not have a "friendly whale experience" but we did see a number of Gray Whales-it's nature.

The trip was full of delightful experiences but also well paced so we weren’t running like crazy the whole time. Deborah has lined up good providers, so top to bottom it was a pro experience. Deborah is knowledgeable about the areas we visited and a calm and steady presence on the whole tour.

Special people, special places, special activities and of course, special gray whales. Filled me with “ah” and “awe”. My kind of trip.
