Diana and Veronica always plan such wonderful retreats with beautiful accommodations/surroundings, healthy food, and a variety of yoga and somatic sessions. I've grown to especially love somatic silence in the mornings to just be with my thoughts and take in the experience.
Their retreats are well suited for people who are looking to get deeper into their bodies and work on repairing their nervous system. Expect a good amount of quiet time, also great conversation, a lot of movement, many laughs and becoming more deeply connected with yourself.
