I had a horrible experience with lost baggage but my pick up driver was so patient and waited for me and delivered me to my hotel. I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel room with constant flooding of our entire bathroom making it a slipping hazard. The linens had holes all over, only 1 towel for 2 guests. It appears that someone tried to forcibly open the door, it looks bad on the inside. Now the staff were exemplary. Mohammed was so friendly, kind and efficient. He deserves a raise. He is so welcoming and a wonderful representative of Hotel Amara. Was shocked at daily rate of $80 per night per person with 2 of us sharing a room. I understand the first night covered the transfer from the airport but why $160 for our room for the second night?

Explore India was out of this world really enjoyed the diverse experiences. Really opened my eyes and gave me a greater understanding of India and it's cultures. Jai was the best and most flexible guide ever. I was disappointed with the Goa add on although hotel was fabulous and just think I would have been better doing this by myself. The guides in Goa bar one were apathetic (second guide was a tad more attentive).

This trip was everything I hoped for and more. Jai, did an excellent job designing the itinerary full of cultural exploration, volunteerism, and personal experiences. Jai, is also the best guide I’ve ever had. I loved our conversations about culture, religion, and animal welfare..He really took good care of us. I think my positive experience was a combination of the excellent itinerary and Jai’s personality. His assistant/photographer,Abhi, was also a joy to get to know. I would absolutely travel with Jai again.

From airport pick up a day early and having extras set up for the next day to the final day drop off in a taxi-everything was handled superbly by Jai. Thanks for a wonderful trip and sharing your beautiful country with me. It was unforgettable!
