A wonderful experience with highly trained teachers and yoga instructors. You can see all the preparation that went into the planning of the retreat. Classes were enjoyable and new information that helped me fine tune my teaching. The schedule was balanced. Enough learning mixed with downtime and fun. The location was stunning. Clean and comfortable resort. Views of the ocean were everywhere. Beds were comfortable and the resort was quiet. You can hear the ocean from your bed. The food was delicious and fresh. I would love to go back and do this again!
