My biggest adventure started when I was pregnant, when I awakened for a way of life more conscious, healthier and holistic. I started to practice Yoga and never stopped. I had found my passion! I have been teaching Yoga for 6 years, with people of all ages and on the most beautiful places of the island. My mission is to share Yoga with everybody, from pregnancy to the mature adult phase and to help people to integrate Yoga in their lives.
