weekend of a lifetime. so much thought was put into the flourish retreat and i had the best time.

Laura and Emily carefully curated a truly magical weekend. Their eagerness to share their knowledge of photography, baking, and life turned a delightful forage through the prairie and orchard, lighting tutorials, natural food coloring prep and cake decorating into an unforgettable experience. This was honestly the best weekend I have had in a long time, allowing me to connect with deeply intelligent, creative, and inspiring women. Red Clover Ranch—thank you, Annie and Vincent—offered the perfect setting, replete with cozy cabins, a sauna, a welcoming gathering room, and exceptional meals prepared by the talented chefs, Dani and Zoe.

This retreat was curated SO thoughtfully, and was such an impactful experience. The planned learning experiences were the perfect balance of instructive and relaxed. The schedule was very balanced—plenty of time to engage and learn from Emily and Laura (and each other!), with time to rest as well. Every single person there was a beautiful soul, and it made the space feel so welcoming and connected. Red Clover Ranch is so special, and is the perfect place for a retreat like this—a way to be in nature, truly rest, and let creativity flow. Plus, Chef Dani makes some of the best food I've ever eaten! I'm so grateful; I left feeling inspired, nourished, and like I had a new group of friends.

10 zillion stars out of 10! Laura and Emily created a meaningful, memorable, and downright fun experience in a beautiful place. Emily and Laura have a way of directing moments, eyeballs, and energy that makes even the mundane feel like magic. The retreat experience wove together camaraderie, expertise, beauty, and the innumerable gifts of the Driftless region into an unforgettable few days. I am neither a photographer nor a cake maker, but the way that Laura and Emily used both crafts to broaden our appreciation for our surroundings and one another was truly special. Red Clover Ranch and its people were incredible hosts (and cooks!), and I'd go back any day.

Could not have been happier with the trip that Emily and Laura curated. The food was so fresh, so delicious... the ranch they chose was extremely high quality and the details were expertly taken care of for a very comfortable and beautiful experience, and above all the activities were meaningful and taught me a ton without overwhelming the schedule. It was restful, delightful, and inspiring and I can't wait to join another trip next year.
