Esmer is a Mexico-based, bilingual, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher with a trauma-informed lens. She prioritizes inclusivity in her classes and offers variations for all students. Esmer enjoys getting to know her yoga community on and off the mat and loves to learn about different cultures and music from her students. Esmer loves to have fun as she guides folks through creative flows to her favorite tunes. She will also contribute to deep rest with her sweet, sultry voice in her Restorative and Yoga Nidra sessions.
