Had a great horseback riding day w/ Bonanza. The estancia is amazingly beautiful and the service was top-notch. Lunch at the lagoon was 10/10 and the snack at the end was a perfect touch. We'll be back soon!

The location was perfect - there is no better view of El Chalten (Fitz - Roy). The staff was superb - a special call out to Fernanda who helped our son and his girlfriend who are avid hikers and photographers get to a trailhead at 2 AM so they could photograph a waterfall at sunrise. The chef obviously enjoyed his work and the food was excellent. The outings were well planned and fun even for my husband and I who are in our 70s. We also stayed at Explora in Chile which was lovely but we enjoyed Bonanza more. There were a few minor things that could be improved - 1) the water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, 2) there was no electric outlet in the room that could support a hair drier - there was the option of drying your hair in the main lounge area but.... Maybe just have a one freestanding bathroom with shower and electrical outlet on the property?? 3) Some of us are short and a small stool would have been helpful to get on the horses. All in all, the stay at Bonanza was the highlight of our Patagonian trip - definitely a five star experience!

What a beautiful day! We had great guides, beautiful horses, and a beautiful ride through the estancia. The dinner and wine were tasty. What a way to spend an afternoon and evening. Everything was handled flawlessly - all questions answered in a timely manner as well as pick up and return. Would definitely recommend.
