Freya is a dancer, artist, self love advocate and retreat facilitator currently living on Bundjalung Country. Freya works with self-acceptance and self-love that is more than just skin-deep. Freya’s space holding is playful, welcoming, grounded, real and vulnerable. Freya is a qualified Reiki practitioner and Yoga teacher. She has completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 and the Functional Spirituality (Spanda School) 200HR Functional Flow Yoga Teacher Training.
