There is just so much to say about how wonderful this training was. George and Ally are so lovely together. They balance each other beautifully in their teaching and seem to have a synchronicity that makes their classes feel effortless. I’m so grateful for the six days we spent together and for the safe space George and Ally created for exploration, vulnerability, and so much joy. They have a gift for bringing incredible people together, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to be a part of it all. I’m looking forward to the next time I get to practice with them in person, and I’m grateful to have them as mentors as I embark on this journey as a breathwork facilitator. My experience with the In-Person Level 1 Breathwork Facilitator Training in Asheville was wonderful. George and Ally create an exquisite container and they both teach and hold beautiful space. 10/10 - highly recommend. I look forward to Level 1 soon!
