I had an amazing trip to Tokyo with Motherland Connect. Their itinerary took us to the major tourist sites. I like how on the last day the itinerary was left open so we could plan our own individual activity for the day. Admin Chris and Oz did an excellent job with navigating the group through the subway system and the streets of Tokyo. Everyone in the group for this trip was cool. The free daily breakfast from the hotel we stayed in was very much appreciated before we went out on our daily activities.

This was my first trip with Motherland Connect and I also went solo. It was honestly one of the most AMAZING experiences I’ve ever had and I will absolutely be booking with them again (already booked the Tokyo trip :)). Not only was I able to make a great connection with my roommate, but I was also able to experience everything so freely without having to think about ANY logistics really - everything was planned and we were just told times of when to be ready. As a young woman, I was nervous about going alone, but I was fortunate enough to spend my time with an amazing group of HBCU educated people who made me feel safe! Also Thailand is a country that I would 100% retire in and is so beautiful in so many ways! 11/10

I could not have asked for a better experience! This was my second trip with Motherland Connect and everything was amazing. The itinerary was perfect and I feel as if I was able to explore the entire country! Everything went smoothly and was well organized. I also learned a lot about the culture in Brazil and Panama. Great trip and planning.

New Year’s Eve in Thailand with **Motherland Connect Travel Group** was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Having **international flights included** made it an incredible value and completely stress-free. **Bangkok** was nonstop excitement—there was *always* something to do, whether it was exploring the city, enjoying the food, or soaking in the culture. Then **Phuket** took things to a whole different level. **New Year’s in Phuket is like no other experience in the world**—the energy, the celebration, and the atmosphere were absolutely unmatched. This trip was hands-down the **best bang for your buck**. The food was amazing, the prices were great, and the adventures were all **A-plus**. Thailand is a beautiful country with beautiful people, and every moment felt intentional and well planned. Most importantly, the **hosts were phenomenal**—knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating to all travelers. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, supported, and had an amazing time. If you’re thinking about traveling internationally and want an experience that delivers value, fun, culture, and unforgettable memories, **Motherland Connect** is the way to go. This trip was absolutely amazing. The group was filled with people I could definitely see myself traveling with again. The only critique would be ensuring that there are more activity options for the days where we had more time on our hands. I found that we had to look up a lot of things to do and I would’ve loved if we had options already in the bag. Other than that, I will continue to travel with motherland connect. This was my 3rd trip.
