Curious • Geeky • Real Gillian Confair, E-RYT 500, has two great passions in life: yoga, and science fiction. She finds the same joy, curiosity, and excitement in learning more about the great unknown both in outer space and inner space. Through a combination of challenging and unique flows, her classes get you out of your head and into your body. The goal is to leave worries at the door and plant seeds of positive thought to carry throughout the day.
