I am Gina, a certified Yoga teacher who loves to practice and teach Kundalini Yoga and Yoga & Mindfulness for children /teens. I have done a 200-hour yoga teacher training in a Yoga Alliance School in India (hatta yoga), a 95 -hour yoga teacher training in the biggest yoga school in Colombia (yoga and mindfulness for children and teens), currently a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Karam Kriya School in London. Apart from those I have complete two courses of vippasana meditation and I have assisted several short courses. For the last five years, practising kundalini yoga and meditations have been part of my daily routine, and the last three I have been teaching extensively to people with different levels, conditions and experiences in a group or 1-2-1 clases.
