Our family of four (kids ages 11 and 8) did a night tour with Keller along a creek. The whole family put on boots and walked in and out of the creek with flashlights as Keller looked for animals. This was the highlight of our trip to the Osa!
We saw so many different frog species, a male glass frog guarding three different clutches of eggs, one you could even see the tadpoles wiggling! There were martillitos (or dink frogs), red eyed tree frogs, a tiny poison dart frog and so many more! Two snakes, a tarantula, a crustacean with blue claws and a whip scorpion.
Keller was incredibly knowledgeable and we learned so much about the forest! We would do it again in a heartbeat!
