As the date was approaching for this trip, I was developing anxiety about whether I should even attend...and I'm SO glad I didn't listen to my fear and let it win! This was one of the best trips I've ever taken - not only because Erica and Milah make the planning and logistics incredibly easy for you, but the experience alone is worth every penny. Sonora is a beautiful property and the staff were very accomodating. Erica and MIlah also cultivated an atmosphere for our group where we could be vulnerable, open and honest with one another, while having fun at the same time. I'd recomment the GVR to any woman who feels she needs a reset or break from her day-to-day...you won't regret it!

This was a life-changing trip. Accommodations were comfortable, food was absolutely amazing. Workshops and add ons were invaluable. Excursions were the best and the vibes were unmatched. Hosts were warm and accessible. I would 100% do this again.

The Mommy/Daughter retreat was absolutely wonderful! My daughter and I had the best time getting to know and being in community with everyone in the group. Definitely recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip and it was my first retreat! I’ve said to people this is the best vacation I’ve ever been on! As someone with no friends, I really cherished the bond and camaraderie I experienced with the other ladies. I loved how free I felt and how warm and safe I felt around the other ladies. The food was great, the villa was great and Jamaica was amazing. I’m definitely going back in another retreat. I need to feel that high again, literally (lol) and figuratively. Erica and Milah, keep doing what you’re doing because you’re really healing women, one retreat at a time. ❤️
