Costa Rica was absolutely unforgettable! The beautiful surroundings were only part of what made this retreat so special—the community, energy, and memories truly made the experience. My daughters and I had an amazing time and created a core memory we’ll always share. We’d absolutely do it again!

Did y'all know monkeys sound like lions?😂 It was a wonderful replacement for my alarm clock. I got rubbed down by a sKrong Black man. I rested when I wanted. I accidentally did cartwheels underwater in the ocean 😅 (word to the number it did on my skin though... BUTTER). I attempted to jump off a waterfall (ended up doing a baby jump). I saw some groovy colors and basked in full gratitude. I got the last step I need to fully clear my energy in my reiki sesh. I got some portraits I would never have been able to take of myself (with my awkward self). I heard an orchestra bring in some ratchet music at the clurb. Most importantly, I found my tribe.🥰 S/O to Milah and Erica for all the Good Vibes! 🫂

As the date was approaching for this trip, I was developing anxiety about whether I should even attend...and I'm SO glad I didn't listen to my fear and let it win! This was one of the best trips I've ever taken - not only because Erica and Milah make the planning and logistics incredibly easy for you, but the experience alone is worth every penny. Sonora is a beautiful property and the staff were very accomodating. Erica and MIlah also cultivated an atmosphere for our group where we could be vulnerable, open and honest with one another, while having fun at the same time. I'd recomment the GVR to any woman who feels she needs a reset or break from her day-to-day...you won't regret it!

This was a life-changing trip. Accommodations were comfortable, food was absolutely amazing. Workshops and add ons were invaluable. Excursions were the best and the vibes were unmatched. Hosts were warm and accessible. I would 100% do this again.
