Having traveled to over 50 countries, I can honestly say this trip stands out as one of the best. I travel to experience the traditions, culture, difference and similarities of my own familiar culture. I travel to have a better understanding of the world. This trip allowed me to have a much deeper understanding of the people of India. Rishi and Elisha spent a lot of time pulling this trip together. It was truly "Beyond Brochures." The one thing I can say is that it is really impossible to answer, "Tell me about your trip". It's a trip that is hard to explain and amazing to experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed this excellent trip. We certainly saw lots of different aspects of India from the busy streets of Delhi to the peaceful beaches of Kerala. We visited tribes in the hills of Chhattisgarh and experienced a family Theyyam in Kerala. Everywhere we were welcomed and greeted with smiles and curiosity and witnessed local dancing and traditions. The food was plentiful and flavoursome and differed from place to place. If you get the chance to go on this trip I’d go - you will love it!

I just got back from the most incredible 3 weeks in India. I have to admit it was never high on priority of countries to visit. I mistakenly thought it was only about the dirty street , honking and free roaming cows and the Taj Mahal. Yes, that’s all a part of it but the places you get to experience with Udit Rishi are way “beyond the brochure”. As our group moved through out the country we were taken take places the average tourist has no access and has rarely been. We had dinners served in private homes , witnessed Shamans going into trances and danced in the street with locals during their festivals. We visited temples feeding the homeless and watched religious ceremonies under stunning waterfalls . I learned so much about the different cultures and customs and there is so much more to see and enjoy. Do yourself a favor and experience India with Greenwheel Travel you will be well fed and well taken care of.

The tour was named Beyond the Brochures. No brochure could describe the planning, care and attention that made this trip outstanding. We saw things that remain vivid yet unexplainable and had experiences that were unimaginable. Try drinking Chai on a village rooftop looking through the mist to see the Taj Mahal, exploring the rich forest with tribal people or swimming in the vast expanse of the Arabian Sea with new friends…a surprising and memorable experience every day.
