I had a great time at Harmony Yoga School in Cape Cod. Heather was an amazing teacher. The accommodation was great and the food was delicious. Overall a great experience. If I could, I would definitely do it again :)

Incredible opportunity for anyone looking to be a RYT. Two week curriculum, well paced & taught. Beautiful cape cod setting right on Nauset beach, breath taking ocean view for every yoga class. The chance to meet & bond with wonderful people. Enjoying delicious plant based meals together in a serene setting. Leave with the confidence to share your practice with others & lasting memories. If somethings telling you to do this- do it!! you will not regret it. Namaste

My experience at Harmony Yoga School YTT on Cape Cod was, in a word, transformative. Heather, our host and lead teacher, provided a beautiful setting, lovely accommodations, a friendly and supportive environment, and delicious meals (prepared by our wonderful cook, Kelsey!) The course itself was comprehensive and well balanced, with just the right mix of philosophy, anatomy and "Asana Lab" where we dissected poses and learned appropriate cueing, paying attention to position, energy and interesting/helpful information about the poses. Heather's teaching was accessible, logical and helped the class to feel prepared to move forward into the world of yoga teaching. The assistant teacher, Autumn, also provided interesting classes and activities, as well as support and encouragement throughout. I loved that we were able to complete the course in a two week intensive, instead of it being drawn out for weeks or months. Our cohort was the icing on the cake, as each individual was supportive and helpful, and we formed friendships that will last a lifetime. If you are on the fence about this, take the plunge! You won't be disappointed!
