It was the most amazing experience! Katrina and the staff at Amora were just beautiful in every way. The retreat experiences were life changing! I have seen places that were not on the tourist map, which made it so much more special and a truly authentic Balinese experience. If you need something special just for you, Katrina will make that happen, I wanted for nothing, all my needs were met (Mind, body & Soul) and the food was just delicious. The other ladies on the retreat were just beautiful humans, that I am truly grateful to have had my experience with. Thank you Katrina I will always remember my time spent at Hart and Soul Retreat.

This retreat was everything & more than I could wish for. The location was breath-taking & the Amori Villas were luxurious. I would highly recommend this to any of my female friends who are feeling lost, sad, stuck or in need of a rest from everyday life. After the 7 days you will leave truly transformed! The host Katrina plans out the week superbly, including luxurious spa treatments, delicious freshly cooked Balinese food, experiencing local culture & magical healers. Words just can't describe it! It's the retreat that keeps on giving & I am grateful that I was able to experience it.

Such a wonderful experience! Has made such a profound difference and has put me on a path of growth that’s continued even after leaving the retreat. Beautiful accomodation and amazing food served at meals. Had an incredibly insightful experience that was mixed well with a few cultural and touristic experiences which allowed us to get an insight into Balinese culture and experience some of the surrounding area of Ubud. The retreat also had good pockets of free time distributed throughout the schedule. This was nice as it gave the option to either rest by the pool and get a relaxing massage at the accomodation, or go on a solo adventure in Ubud.
