I had an amazing time on this private tour with a friend. The guides were lovely supportive people, both of whom worked extremely hard to make our experience so good. I found the communication in booking of the tour lacking, the hiring of bikes through Pedal Nation disappointing, and checklists of what to bring being sent out way too late. In the end everything got sorted and all proceeded smoothly. The accommodation was generally okay with breakfast provided, lunches at the van were great, and each evening the four of us decided on a dinner venue. Communication before the trip was excellent, and we are very grateful for the lengths Pedal Nation went to to ensure our bikes were dropped and collected with minimal inconvenience to us. Having our bikes transported carefully to is a real bonus. Accommodation was great and a nice blend of traditional, unique and characterful. A real taste of Portugal. Every meal and restaurant selected didn’t disappoint. Ken and Ange were superb, planning, keeping us updated, catering for our requests, adapting to our needs, being on hand for technical support, discreetly monitoring our progress each day and ensuring the hotel bookings went smoothly - nothing was too much trouble. This is a rare find and something that keeps us coming back to Pedal Nation. The best trip we’ve done!

I had a great time with lovely hosts (Ken and Ang) who did a fantastic job of looking after the group. Hotels chosen were good. I have cycled with PedalNation previously and plan to do so again.

Very well planned and organised tour along a quiet and challenging (for me) route. Excellent support from the Pedal Nation guides and nice accommodation too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a decent amount (but not excessive) of climbing, and picturesque scenery.

Highly recommend Spanish odyssey, loved the climbs, perfect roads, respectful drivers and awesome, inspirational scenery. Great support and knowledge from Pedal nation. If your not fit before the trip you will be at the end. Me Encanto !
