Hi, I’m Sasha — the heart behind Holistic Hovich. I believe that true wellness comes from nourishing every part of who we are: body, mind, and spirit. My journey in nutrition and yoga has shown me that health is more than a number on a scale or a quick fix — it’s about creating balance, building sustainable habits, and cultivating practices that support a quality life.​I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Nutrition, deepening my knowledge in the science of food and health, while also teaching yoga and guiding retreats.
