We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

This made the trip from the airport to the hotel stress free. The driver met me right outside of customs and helped me navigate the bus, ferry and drive me straight to the hotel for drop off. It would have certainly been possible to do each separately, but having someone there to assist and navigate for me was wonderful as it takes the anxiety of trying to figure out each piece out of the equation. It just made the navigation worry free

Thanks for the question, the hotel is comfortable, in a good location, it's a shame there's no balcony in the room. The breakfast is poor, the packed meal they prepared for us the first morning was poor, the staff is friendly and pleasant. But there is one big problem, a lady named Blacka who sells trips in the hotel lobby. We stayed at the hotel as 2 couples of friends, 4 people. Blanca sold us a full-day trip to Isabella Island, the promises were high and the price accordingly, we paid more than $160 per person. The trip was very disappointing, we saw almost nothing, the tour of the turtle breeding center was long and boring and we had to wait after every explanation in English for the same explanation in Spanish, a long and expensive time went down the drain, we were at the flamingo point for about 3 minutes and only saw 2 flamingos, lunch was poor in a poor restaurant, the snorkeling was the only good thing. In conversations with the group members, we were told that they paid only between $100 and $120 for the trip. Our only free day in Santa Cruz was wasted and went down the drain, and we paid a lot of money for it, much more than the other participants in the trip. We were very disappointed. We asked to speak to Mrs. Blanca but she evaded and was not willing to speak to us, unfortunately Joseph from the reception cooperated with her and helped her evade us with various lies, in WhatsApp correspondence with her she did not give us an answer. We expect a full refund. Thank you.

My group had a wonderful stay at La Isla! The staff was very helpful and hospitable, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a very early departure one morning for an excursion and the hotel prepared a nice bagged breakfast for all of us. Highly recommend!

My group had a wonderful stay at Hotel la Isla! The staff was very helpful and hospitable from start to finish! The rooms were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the purified water/coffee and tea station in the hallway. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and we were accommodated with a bagged breakfast one day when we had a very early tour. The location couldn't have been better! A perfect stay!
