I had a very comfortable & relaxing stay at the Silberstein Hotel Santa Cruz. I was given a free room upgrade which was much appreciated. All the staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent position close to restaurant & shops.

Luise did great job in organizing the tour with a private guide. We enjoyed our trip. The guide did exemplary job on information and communication! I love Gallapagos and people’s eco friendly attitudes.
