Thank you for a really inspiring three-day workshop. One of the highlights for me was meeting so many passionate people from different countries and backgrounds. I loved the energy everyone brought to the sessions, and I learned a lot, not only about the body and technique, but also about how to structure and build great classes. It was motivating to be surrounded by people who share the same enthusiasm for cycling and coaching.
I also wanted to share a few thoughts that might help make future workshops even better. The first day felt quite intense from the start, which set a somewhat serious tone early on. A little more time for introductions or connection-building at the beginning might help participants feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Along those lines, it would have been wonderful to have a social activity included in the program, such as a group lunch, dinner, or informal get-together. Since many participants travel from different places, this could be a great way to help people connect, build relationships, and create a stronger sense of community.
As someone who was new to the group, I occasionally found it a bit intimidating because it seemed that some participants already knew each other well. There was also quite a wide range of teaching experience and skill levels represented. Perhaps a few structured icebreakers, small group activities, or mentorship pairings could help newer participants feel more included and confident.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and am very grateful for everything I learned. The knowledge, energy, and passion of both the instructors and participants made it a memorable and valuable workshop. Thank you for creating such an inspiring learning environment.
