Review on behalf of M. M. If I could give it no stars I would! Last year, I embarked on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land with this company and had an incredible experience. This prompted me to join their Italy trip this year, expecting a similar level of quality. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different. The accommodations were far below the promised 3-4 star hotels, resembling shelters for the homeless and even a school. The food was subpar, and amenities like air conditioning were nonexistent. Additionally, Leann Brand, behaved aggressively, treating us poorly and even physically harming a young boy in our group. Her dismissive attitude towards our concerns made us feel like burdens rather than valued customers. Despite the significant expense I incurred, the trip felt more like a nightmare. This experience was a far cry from the enjoyable journey I had anticipated.
