todo estuvo muy bien excepto el almuerzo, me decepcionó la comida, esperaba mas considerando la excelente gastronomía peruana.

Inca misled us. They did not inform us that the tour was actually being operated by another company, Golden Trips. In addition, they specifically assured us that the vehicle would carry oxygen, which was a requirement we had explicitly requested before booking. However, when the tour took place, there was no oxygen on board. I know this because I asked the guide directly, and he confirmed that they did not carry oxygen. I reported this issue to the agency that same evening and was told they would look into it, but the following day they took no action and provided no solution. We genuinely feel that we were deceived and misled. The lack of transparency and the false information provided regarding the availability of oxygen were extremely disappointing. Had we known the true circumstances, we might have made a different decision regarding the booking. We do not believe the agency was honest with us and they failed to deliver what was promised.
