A good time in a new area for me. Lots of birds and a variety of habitats. Early morning birding followed by a hearty breakfast at our B&B was brilliant. Convivial conversation over breakfast was a bonus. I also particularly enjoyed the opportunity to bird while kayaking. At this point in the season we had some good opportunities to observe nesting/ feeding behavior. As always David was great helping us locate birds and very attuned to group preferences.
