The trip was well organised as planned. A lot of responses and feedback. The ride itself was done in the planned car with a/c and we were offered complementary drinks as well. Recommend it!

What a wonderful way to travel from Santiago airport to my resort in Puerto Plata. I had an issue with my flight and had to take a later flight. They were so understanding and helpful. When I was picked up I was offered water or soda. The driver was so nice and friendly. I had such a good time. I booked them for my return flight.

Ismael's service was highly professional. He was well priced, his drivers were very punctual. We had heard some horror stories about scary trips on the roads in Dominican, but we experienced none of it. All of Ismael's drivers drove very sensibly and cautiously. Excellent service I couldn't recommend it more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — One of the Best Decisions We Made in Amber Cove! If you’re coming to Amber Cove on a cruise, I HIGHLY recommend booking a private driver instead of doing an excursion through the cruise line. This ended up being one of the best days of our entire trip! For around $220 for the entire day, our driver took us all over and gave us an experience that felt completely customized to us. We visited Umbrella Street, took a beautiful scenic drive, stopped at incredible high points with amazing views and outdoor bars, and had lunch and drinks on a gorgeous semi-private beach. And as if that wasn’t enough — bottomless rum and Cokes all day! 😂🍹 We never felt rushed and got to actually explore, relax, eat, drink, and enjoy the Dominican Republic at our own pace. The entire day felt like an adventure with a local rather than a packaged tourist excursion. For the four of us, an experience like this booked through Carnival could have easily cost us hundreds more, especially once you added food, drinks, transportation, and everything we were able to do throughout the day. The value was incredible. We had an AMAZING time and would absolutely book again. 10/10 — worth every penny and then some! 🇩🇴🍹🌴
