As always retreating with Jamie is centering, good for the soul, lots of fun and laughter, and a great time of sisterhood. And Charmaine and her delicious meals are so special. This was a beautiful retreat. The cabin/location was breathtaking, delicious food and Jamie is amazing. She went above and beyond helping me feel comfortable.

This was the perfect trip! Jamie is fantastic at what she does and is a wealth of knowledge. A great balance of relaxation, yoga, nature time, and connecting to others. I learned a lot and gained a lot of clarity. It was everything I needed for myself at this time. The food was excellent and the accommodations were perfect. I will definitely book a retreat in the future with Jamie!
