I had a great time at the retreat. The hotel was beautiful, the places to practice were incredible and I really enjoyed the activities. I loved that the retreat included a lot of down time and activities outside of the hotel.

Had a great experience overall! The location was truly amazing and getting around the island was convenient. A few things that could use improvement: more variety of food offered at breakfast & dinner (it was repetitive daily). Coffee and other beverages should be included throughout the day, not just at breakfast. Our group had a boat tour, and it's unfortunate that we were split into two groups due to size of the boat. They should have gotten a larger boat to accommodate us, knowing we would be there months in advance. Swimming pool should stay open until sunset.

This was an amazing trip. Super well organized and planned. Im not a big fan of using Slack to communicate but Im not sure there is a better way. So. . . . I guess I will adapt The resort was perfect.

We had an awesome time. The food was fantastic as I required no garlic/ onions. The rooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We love to come back.
