I had a magical trip. Jeremy always attracts the most wonderful participants and finds the most unique and kind people to share their culture and cooking. Jill and Gina are top-notch professionals, had all details dialed in, and paced the trip beautifully. They were particularly kind when my luggage was lost, and I felt like we were in the trenches together. The food experiences each night were divine yet I wish we could have had more local experiences at a few "joints" and more opportunities to roll up our sleeves and dive into the local culture. PS: The second cooking class did teach us the same things as the first and thus would not recommend in the future. Would travel the world with you any day! What's next!!

We had such a wonderful time on this trip! With Chef Jeremy's care we were immersed in the culture and into a family with the ease of the laid back lifestyle that Greece has to offer. The food was amazing, the pace was right-on and Jeremy's connections made us feel like we were welcomed with open arms. We saw ancient sights, took a boat trip around the island, learned allot about the area, cooked some great food with lovely people and on and on. Don't hesitate to book this trip. On top of everything else Jeremy's many stories will keep you entertained for days. Well worth your time and your money.

My trip to Greece with Chef Jeremy Rock was an experience of a lifetime. What I appreciated most was the richness and the depth of my experience. The land itself is breathtakingly beautiful. The excursions and cultural immersion experiences were exceptional because we were not dashing from one place to another; there was depth in learning about Greek food, cooking techniques, the language, and culture, and we also had many opportunities to speak with local folk. The pacing for activity and personal time was perfect. What I appreciated most of all is that the theme of the trip - Mediterranean Diet and Longevity was ever present - it was the spine of a well-structured and seamless plan. The food was incredible, but what else would one expect, especially with incredible chefs like Chef Jeremy Rock, Chef Katrina Sakelliou, and her amazing daughter Dora at the helm. I highly recommend this trip; it is unforgettable for me. `

What a magnificent way to welcome spring, on a charming Greek seaside farm. This was an unforgettable experience filled with amazing food, culture, exploration, and breathtaking scenery. One of the many highlights of this trip was cooking alongside local chefs using fresh ingredients and authentic recipes passed down through generations. Every meal felt like a celebration! This magical trip was perfectly orchestrated by Chef Jeremy Rock Smith whose humor and enthusiasm set the tone for fun and enjoyment. This truly was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Jeremy!

Just came back from a week of spring on the farm. What an amazing experience. Poros is magical. Doesn’t seem possible that someplace like that exists. It was such a great combination of things, sightseeing, cooking, interacting with interesting people, just slowing down. Really needed that. Felt very taken care of. Thanks.

Our week at the Odyssey Eco Farm with Jeremy was fantastic. It was an immersion into slow living, slow cooking, slow eating and mindful awareness of self and nature. The opportunities for flexibility made it so that each person could honor what they needed from staying active to napping mid day. The group dynamic was perfectly facilitated and we all left as friends with a commitment to Blue Zone eating and lifestyle choices.
