Jenny & Jess, both 500 hr. ERYT certified yoga teachers, will bring their vast experience in yoga and leading retreats for a week of uninterrupted exploration in the art of yoga and living. Both Jen & Jess consider themselves lifelong students of the body and are consistently seeking new ways to explore yoga in the most effective, safe, and positive ways possible. They are adept at teaching vinyasa, therapeutic and restorative yoga and will use asana as well of functional movement to encourage greater connection with the ourselves and our potential. Our retreats ensure 4 eyes and 4 hands in the space every time we unroll the mats.
