Jocelyne took her first yoga class as a teenager and throughout her life has found that when tangled up physically, emotionally or spiritually that it has been her yoga practice that has straightened her out.
Yoga is about being bendy – not just physically, but being mentally and emotionally bendy so that you are able to bend rather than break as you negotiate the waterfalls and rapids of your life.
Having taught over 3000 hours of yoga in classes and workshops, she is classified as an experienced yoga teacher with Yoga alliance
