My family and I celebrated our father's 70th birthday in Panama, and coordinating a city tour for 60 guests was a big part of our celebration. From the beginning, Alejandro made the transportation process easy and stress-free. He was responsive, organized, and ensured everything was coordinated smoothly. On the day of the tour, our guides—Pedro, Luis, and Vlad—arrived early to get everyone organized and kept the group moving throughout the day. They shared interesting information about Panama's history and were friendly and engaging. One area that could definitely be improved was the walking tour through Old Town. The area was very crowded and noisy, making it difficult for many of us to hear what the guides were saying. Providing microphones or audio headsets would have made a significant difference and allowed everyone to fully enjoy and appreciate the historical commentary. The guides were also helpful in pointing us to great places to shop for souvenirs. Pedro, in particular, went above and beyond to help everyone find what they were looking for. Overall, our guests enjoyed the experience, and I appreciate the team's efforts in helping make our father's 70th birthday celebration special.
