Great wedding full of good hearted people and excellent ambient 👍🏻

We had a wonderful experience with Feel on our day trip from Medellín to Guatapé! The entire excursion was well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned. What stood out most was the exceptional bilingual staff. They spoke clear English and Spanish, were incredibly knowledgeable about the region, and provided detailed instructions and interesting explanations about the places we visited along the way. I especially appreciated the patience, kindness, and attention they showed my elderly mother and the other seniors in our group. That level of care made a real difference. The itinerary was excellent, with well-chosen stops and just the right amount of time at each location. We never felt rushed, which made the day relaxed and enjoyable. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, including charging ports for different devices. Pickups and drop-offs were also impressively punctual. **My only suggestion for improvement would be the photography experience.** A social media content creator was introduced at the beginning of the trip, which was exciting because I've experienced this service on other tours and know how wonderful those photos can be. However, the only photo I saw her take was a full group picture that I suggested. It would have been a great touch to capture individual families at the different stops, especially with such beautiful scenery. While photography wasn't a promised service, having someone introduced in that role created an expectation that wasn't quite met. That small detail aside, **Feel delivered an excellent experience from beginning to end.** Their professionalism, organization, and genuine care for their guests made this a memorable day for our family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting Medellín and planning a trip to Guatapé! Make the photography feedback more concise

Fantastic tour. The tour guide Juliana was very knowledgeable and presented information in a fun and enjoyable manner. For an all-day tour, I felt comfortable the whole day and they were very accommodating. Very fun and well put together. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, the wedding and all the excursions were spectacular. It was a great way to see Columbia. Very well organized and managed.
