Julie’s invigorating Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to help students increase their flexibility, strength, and mind/body connection. She takes a holistic approach to her teachings, often integrating aromatherapy, pranyama, and an uplifting soundtrack.
Julie completed her 200 hour teacher training with Kim Mandfredi at Charm City Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Last fall she led a retreat in Arizona, which was attended by 14 yogis and yoginis. She's thrilled to embark on three upcoming retreats in Deep Creek, Maryland (July 2017), Napa Valley (August 2017) and Tulum, Mexico (February 2018).
