We scheduled a last minute trip to Vietnam and needed help with all the logistics and booking the right hotels /tours. April at Kaanect was great! She worked with us under a tight time frame, responded quickly and tailored the itinerary to fit us. There was a miscommunication over pricing, and April did a great job working through it with us. The planning part was otherwise very smooth. The trip ended up perfect! The logistical side went smooth and I highly recommend the tours. They are not your run of the mill experiences. Our tour in Hanoi and Saigon were both fascinating, exciting and offered an extremely local experience. It was the highlights of our trip and worth the money.

I have been traveling for over 20 years all over the world and this was the best trip of my life! Kaanect Travel did an excellent job planning/coordinating the trip. The tours were wonderful, the tour guides and drivers were professional yet personable, and took great care of us by answering every question and anticipating every need. Special thanks to our guides, Sonnie in Hanoi and Lee in Saigon! Advice given by April Cole, such as what to wear on certain excursions, the weather and what is an appropriate tip, was spot on. The boutique hotels were beautiful and 5 stars! We took a tour almost every day and all of them were excellent! The food, a lot of which was included in the package price, was amazing because we went to local restaurants. The elephant farm in Thailand and the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay were by my favorite! We will forever use Kaanect Travel for our travel needs. Thank you Kaanect!
