Kacy Harnedy’s Antiparos Wellness Yoga Retreat - 2026 My yoga retreat on Antiparos, Greece with Kacy Harnedy was one of the most peaceful, beautiful, and alive experiences. Held at Another Island (local group of houses), the retreat blended the charm of a small Greek island with incredible food, warm people, and a sense of calm that settled into you from the moment you arrived. What stayed with me most was Kacy’s teaching style. She has a way of speaking that makes you pause, breathe, and truly listen inward. Her reminder to slow down and listen to your body wasn’t just a theme, it became the foundation of every class. She encouraged each of us to honor our own abilities, offering multiple variations for every pose so no one ever felt pressure to perform or “keep up.” Even when my ego nudged me toward the harder options, Kacy gently guided me back to my breath. I found myself noticing my breath more, choosing gentler variations without guilt, and practicing in a way that felt safe, empowering, and deeply personal. Her teaching helped me reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t expect. The retreat supported by multiple yoga teachers who shared the same intentions, energy, creating a space where growth felt natural, and community formed effortlessly. Thak you Gail and Andrew for your classes. I met so many wonderful new friends — people who added joy, laughter, and connection to each day. The location itself was stunning, and the amenities were excellent. A rental car is definitely needed, but it also gave me the freedom to explore the island’s lively town and breathtaking views. I cannot thank Kacy enough for her knowledge, her kindness, and the incredible retreat she designed in Greece. It was thoughtful, nourishing, and unforgettable — a true gift. Kindest Regards, Mark S.

FAB U LOUS!! From the teachers, people, food, destination, excursions, hosts . . . I can't even tell you what was my favorite because I loved it all!! Great practices, beautiful sites, amazing food, Lefki and Demetri our hosts, oil tasting, sour dough class and food that was served, amazing views (sunrise and sunset) from our retreat center . . . all from a place that has been on my bucket list since I was a teen. Thank you Kacy for all your dedication and efforts in making this trip so amazing!! Ruby

I try and think about what would make a retreat wonderful, and there are a few things that come to mind. First is the person running the retreat. Kacy Harnedy is a master at running retreats. She balances it with professionalism, warm-hearted kindness, creativity, organization, and the ability to troubleshoot should anything go wrong. When I think about Kacy, I think about how much I trust her to lead the retreat. For me, the most important thing is to be able to trust the retreat leader to keep me safe. Kacy did this and more! But I'll get back to her in a moment. Next is the location and food of the retreat. I could tell that Kacy took the time to really research the place that we were staying. Lefki (I may be spelling her name incorrectly) was a huge asset to the retreat! Her delicious food was made with love, her kindness showed through every moment, and her helpfulness is one to be admired! I was hesitant about setting up a taxi cab, and she assisted me. I will miss her positivity! Dimitri, which many of us mistook as her life partner, always had a friendly smile for us. Though there was a language barrier between us, his warmth radiated through when greeting me. Grateful for him as well! Third, the people on the retreat. Kacy's positive energy attracts really amazing people. To go to a new place that's unfamiliar makes one very vulnerable. To be surrounded by a group of people who are loving and supportive is ideal. This retreat was exactly that! I am so grateful for all of them. Fourth, the last thing is the Yoga. Kacy and Andrew shared their gifts of teaching Yoga. They touch the very center of our souls with their wisdom. Their humor, kindness, warmth, authenticity, and overall goodness is what makes it a joy to practice yoga. Of course when one is on a yoga retreat, they would like to feel like they can practice Yoga. These teachers know how to teach to all different levels from beginner to advance and make us all feel like we had a fulfilling practice. I thank them for that. Lastly, a final note. Kacy, thank you. There was a lot of work that went into making this a magical experience, and you succeeded. May your heart feel full, as you have filled all of ours.

This trip was such an amazing trip. The accommodation and food were fabulous. I still can't get over the location for this trip. Antiparos was a beautiful Island. I am grateful to Kacy for this wonderful experience. The whole trip was a dream come true. Greece has been on my bucket list for 25 years and I am so glad I got to go with a wonderful group of people.

Kacy is amazing and the retreat was planned out perfectly. From the food to the outings, from the venue to the yoga, everything was perfect. The people who came to this retreat were so sincere and full of love. You can tell that Kacy attracts the best type of people and it truly showed by everyone in attendance. Gail, Kacy's assistant, was an absolute love. You can tell how much she truly appreciates the practice of yoga and every class she led opened hearts and minds to receive that gift. Andrew, who led some of the classes, was engaging and provided a new and insightful way to approach poses. If you're considering booking a retreat with Kacy, I would highly recommend doing it!
