The Kapwa House yoga retreat was a truly extraordinary experience. I arrived at the beautiful Quinta Camarena in Portugal recovering from an injury, and I could not have chosen a more perfect week to rest, heal, and reconnect with myself. Every element of the retreat was thoughtfully curated, from the serene setting to the beautiful accommodations to the exceptional, garden-fresh food. But what made this experience genuinely special was the people. Iza Narag is such a gift. Her warm, welcoming presence paired with her extraordinary teaching made every session feel healing and perfectly held. She has a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are, and her guidance was instrumental in my recovery, both physically and emotionally. Tasha Hampton's sound baths were ethereal and transcendent. There is no other way to describe them. Each session felt like being carried somewhere deeper than words, and I left every one feeling lighter and more whole. One of the most unexpected gifts of the week was the group itself. Remarkably diverse in culture, age, and experience, and yet I connected deeply with every single person there. That kind of chemistry is rare, and it made the whole experience exceptional in a way I did not see coming. Thank you Iza and Tasha.

We had such a wonderful time. Zihua is the most magical place; it gave me the space to slow down, reconnect, and get in touch with my inner self.
