The workshop was so much fun. I could feel Karen’s passion for nature and how to help people to connect to it through the workshop(s). Everything was done in a very intentional way. I love the shawl I created with the imprints of the leaves. Her workspace and retreat centre are beautiful. I had followed Karen for a few years so was happy to get to attend this workshop.

This was my third temazcal experience in various countries/cities and by far the best one. The shaman was unparalleled. Karen and the retreat property was immaculate, thoughtful, gorgeously designed. Time slowed down. You can feel the intention in everything and the workshop and ceremony were truly something we will never ever forget. Thank you so much!!
