About Me

Katharine Bierce is an RYT-200 level yoga teacher who tailors vinyasa and hatha yoga classes for both those new to yoga and people who have been practicing for years. She also loves to share tips on how to integrate a “yoga stretch break” into a busy workday. Depending on student needs, Katharine customizes her classes to be more “chill” to unwind after a busy day or a more vigorous vinyasa class as needed. Her style includes blending elements of intention-setting, movement and breath to help students find more ease in the body and peace in the mind.
