I look forward to Kaylan's retreats at Mystica every year. The experience is joyful and peaceful. I plan to go again. Kaylan is equally supportive to those of all levels of yoga practice. Mystica lives up to its slogan of "Live the Magic". It is a beautiful setting, with the most accommodating hosts and their staff. The food is fresh, local and generous.

I was uncertain was to expect. The experience, for me, was more than I every could have imagined. Not only because I was in the company of good friends, but because I got to bond and make new ones too. It was so beautiful at the lodge and the entire surroundings it felt like a heaven on earth. I felt so at peace within myself and with life in general for that moment and I will forever be thankful to Kaylan for helping me find that place within. Everything was planned out so well you never felt rushed or overwhelmed. If I had to sum up all my thoughts into one word it would simply be PERFECT.
