Kendra Thomas is an NYC based yoga, meditation, and strength instructor. She teaches an alignment focused vinyasa, that will help you find your strength. She has helped create signature yoga, HIIT, and meditation classes for studios across NYC such as Mind Body Project, NEOU, Nova, and The Well.
