We’ve rented a gorgeous, luxury villa with a private chef and a masseuse for the ultimate retreat experience. Breathtaking architecture and artfully designed interiors await! Our secluded estate is set between the blue Pacific ocean and lush green mountains on Playa Plataforma. We’ll sunbath at the oceanfront infinity pool, enjoy cocktails at the sunset terrace or fire pit, and surf waves directly in front of the estate. I are so excited for our 4th retreat together. We love our annual European summer moment and we are so excited to explore Antiparos! Antiparos is beautiful, quiet, Cycladic Island with breathtaking beaches, crystal clear water and darling family owned tavernas. Our property has sweeping views of Despotiko island, the Ancient Sanctuary of Apollo and the entire Southern Aegean archipelago with no light pollution… we’re told the night sky is otherwordly.We are bringing chef Flavia. Her food is fresh, seasonal, and local and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since she cooked for us in Koufonisi. Think spaghetti and clams, local cheeses with beautiful produce, prawns with lemon and garlic, fresh crudo, etc, etc, etc. We’ll have an optional boat day and we’ll do one dinner out with an apertivo moment! Our retreats are always chose your own adventure; hang with group and take every class or take some space. This course is for teachers who want to learn how to incorporate Katonah Yoga’s theory and practice into their teaching and into their lives.&nbsp; Josie, Alex and Kyle will create a safe and intimate cocoon where everyone feels there’s room to speak up, put what they’re learning into practice, fumble through the language, fall apart, build back up, and do it all over again.&nbsp; Kyle, Josie and Alex teach from their shared core belief that creating an inclusive container where we can all meet as equals is the best way to grow our teaching, studentship, and selves. This 30 hour training will aim to demystify some of the Katonah Yoga teaching concepts and drop into the Practical.&nbsp; You will leave with a few new tools on your toolbelt, feeling like a more dynamic teacher.&nbsp;
 
The training will take place at Nurture in downtown Denver, CO. &nbsp;All props and mat will be provided. &nbsp;Training is good for 30 hours of Katonah Yoga accreditation. &nbsp;Thursday- Sunday, Jan 27-30th, 9:30-5:30 each day with a 30 minute lunch break. &nbsp;Full Itinerary will be shared as soon as you sign up!

Join Kyle Miller and <a href="http://alexsharry.com/" target="_blank">Alex Sharry</a> for a retreat under the Tuscan sun!&nbsp; Immerse in nature as we settle in for a week in the countryside.&nbsp; We'll be staying at <a href="https://www.ebbio.it/" target="_blank">Ebbio Tuscany</a>, an exquisitely restored 12th c. farmhouse, located between Siena and Florence in Monteriggioni.&nbsp; The property sits on a sprawling organic farm, which all our meals will be prepared from.&nbsp; Enjoy everything the heart of Tuscany has to offer; cooking lessons, bike rides through Medieval villages, a river day trip with a picnic lunch, an afternoon looking at art in Florence, a wine tasting evening, ample hiking, etc. etc.&nbsp; Wander to the nearest village, a 15 minute walk away to shop, curl up under an old growth oak and read, or hike/bike throughout the surrounding land.&nbsp; We absolutely can't wait!!
