Laura is a E-RYT international teacher, three-time cover model, writer and featured online teacher. She sought out yoga to help combat serious health problems due to stress. The healing, grounding benefits she received from yoga was so profound that she decided to change the course of her work life. Laura teaches well-rounded, creative, smartly sequenced classes. She is an advocate for safe alignment due to own experience with yoga injuries, has taught in multiple 200 & 300 TT's, co-led a 200-hr w/mentor Jason Crandell.
