Laura's a San Francisco based Yoga instructor and world traveller. She's a 500 RYT Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa teacher with training in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. She is also trained in level 1 & 2 Reiki of the Mikao Usui lineage. Laura is French-American and grew up all over the world, from Singapore to Jerusalem and so many places in between. Her adult life brought her to Paris for college and then all over Africa for a job in advertising. She finally found yoga in San Francisco and has never looked back!
