Lindsay has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and has been teaching for the past 14. She completed trainings at Pure Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga School, and with Rodney Yee & Colleen Saidman at Yoga Shanti. She has done additional pilates mat and reformer training at Good Day Pilates in NYC.
As a teacher, she helps students cultivate awareness of their strength and ability. Her classes incorporate creative vinyasa sequencing with pilates, meditation & good music. She also works as faculty and as a lecturer for teacher training at Sky T
