Lisa is a yoga teacher and psychotherapist with a passion for cultivating well-being in caregivers and communities. She believes in the power of mindfulness, movement, and connection to nature to relieve stress and bring sustenance in the face of life’s greatest challenges.
Lisa completed her studies at UCLA and Harvard University, and ultimately left academia in search of a balanced, adventurous and wholehearted life. With 20 years of experience teaching yoga, Lisa is especially gifted at helping you find what works best for you, through classes are inclusive, flowing and encouraging. On retreat, Lisa encourages students to take time for what they need most, be it a good cry, time alone, or space to lighten up, get silly, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
